§ 14-12. Conduct of elections; canvassing.

The conduct of elections shall be under the supervision of the Greenwood County election commission, and the managers appointed by the commission shall be responsible for the canvassing of the votes upon the closing of the polls. The commission shall file reports of the election with the town clerk. Any challenges to any election procedures shall be made to the Greenwood County election commission.
