§ 30-8. Placing or sweeping on streets or sidewalks.

It is unlawful for any person or his agent to put, place, sweep or throw any trash, house sweepings, paper cups, dirt, paper, broken glass, tin cans, bottles, ashes, shavings or other garbage, waste or refuse upon any sidewalk or in any alley, street, gutter, catchbasin or other public place in the town, except in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
