§ 38-89. Use of water without a contract.

  • Any person who has no contract, agreement, license or permission with or from the town for the use of water furnished by the town, who shall willfully withdraw or cause to be withdrawn and appropriate water from the mains or pipes of the town or any pipes connected therewith, for his own use or for the use of any other person, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
