§ 2-28. Powers and duties.

The mayor and councilmembers shall be vested with all powers conferred upon them by state law. All legislative and administrative powers of the town and the determination of all matters of policy shall be vested in the town council. Each member shall be responsible for the proper performance of his duties as required by state law and this Code.
