§ 30-5. Location of bags or limbs.

Garbage and refuse bags must be placed in the owner's property at the edge of the street, right-of-way, or sidewalk on the day of collection. No trash or limbs can be placed on sidewalks or in any streets. Any materials which are not properly placed for pickup will not be picked by the town personnel or contractor.
